With a degree in Kinesiology and a collective three years of experience as part of a varsity Athletic Therapy team, we’ve built a strong foundation in sports conditioning and injury prevention. Serving as the Head Trainer for the Ottawa Sooners over two years allowed us to further refine our expertise in athletic performance and recovery.
As a certified team of Personal Trainers, Nutritionists, and Wellness Coaches, we are passionate about empowering others to reach their fitness and wellness goals. Our commitment to health extends beyond coaching—we actively engage in national-level competitions in the Wellness Division of bodybuilding, with ten competitions collectively under our belt.
Nearly a decade of experience supporting clients, particularly women, through life-changing transformations, helping others become their best selves remains our greatest passion.

Jenn is a Registered Dietitian and the founder of Spark Nutrition & Health. With years of experience in clinical and private practice, Jenn helps clients cut through the noise of diet culture and find realistic, evidence-based strategies for eating well. Her approach is practical, supportive, and sustainable — she takes the time to truly understand each client’s lifestyle, preferences, and challenges, then creates a plan that works in real life, not just on paper.
