Train in person, in Ottawa
Real coaching, real equipment, a coach watching every rep. Choose the format that fits your goals and your budget — from the energy of small group training to fully private 1:1 sessions.

A gym gives you access. Coaching gives you a plan.
A general gym membership sells you access. What you do when you walk in, how you keep progressing, and how you stay injury-free — that's on you. Coaching flips that: a plan built for you, feedback on every session, and someone paying attention to how you're progressing.
4:1 Small Group Training
A maximum of four women share the coach's time, but not the same workout. You follow your own program for your goals, starting point and pace.
- Watched form and real coaching
- A plan that adjusts as you progress
- Private studio and friendly environment
- Flexible booking — pick the sessions that fit your schedule
Bring your person — 2:1 partner training
Train with your husband or your best friend. It's a productive way to see someone you care about, get a sweat on and keep the session focused.
- Your coach plans the workout
- No second-guessing your form
- A little friendly competition to push you
- Personal coaching at a shared, cost-effective rate
1:1 Personal Training
Truly private coaching. A calm, comfortable environment where the session is centred on you and someone is there to push you when you need it.
- No waiting for equipment
- No crowded-floor distractions
- Your program, goals and pace
- Your coach's full attention
Choose your coach
Nicole is usually available for evening appointments and coaches most small-group sessions. Meredith is usually available during the daytime and also coaches online, lifestyle, posing and contest-prep clients.
Truly private. Calm, focused and built around you.
You show up and your coach has the session ready. There is no waiting for equipment, no crowded-floor distractions and no need to figure out the workout on your own.
- Your goals, starting point and pace shape the session
- Your coach watches your form and helps you move with confidence
- A calm, comfortable environment with room to focus
- Someone there to challenge you and push you when you need it

- Real coaching, watched form and a plan that adjusts as you progress
- App access to view and track your progress — and you keep your workouts
- A private studio and friendly environment
- Sessions across mornings, evenings and weekends, with a schedule that evolves as demand grows

Training + coaching = the full picture
Many clients pair in-person sessions with online coaching — training days with a coach, plus programming, nutrition, and check-ins for the rest of the week. Ask about it on your consultation.
